Coaching Methodology

At Integralis Leadership, we take a multi-disciplinary approach (including literature, music & mindfulness)  to Executive Coaching that's focused on recognizing self-rejection and finding actionable ways to drive change.

We believe that our identity is much more than just the work we do, which is why we're committed to helping our clients develop a sense of purpose and fulfillment in all areas of their lives. From mainstream Executive Coaching tools like 360-degree feedback assessments and goal-setting frameworks, to our focus on DEIB Coaching, we're here to help you become the best version of yourself.

Thought leaders that inspire our coaching philosophy:

  • Ann Lamott: Inspired by Ann's works, Integralis Leadership invites you to become a more authentic leader by cultivating a deeper understanding of multiculturalism!

  • Nazim Hikmet: Moved by Hikmet's poems, we gently invite executives to understand the broader social and political context in which their organizations operate, and supporting them in developing a sense of purpose and social responsibility in their leadership roles.

  • Barbara Delinski: Inspired by Delinski's craft, Integralis Leadership puts emphasis on helping executives be gentle with their shortcomings.

  • Byron Brown: Our coaching practice focuses on supporting executives in developing a deep sense of presence and embodiment.
