I spent 19 years at Google across Ads, Android, Developer Relations and Cloud, building businesses, partnerships, teams and operating systems through multiple stages of scale.

As GM of Google’s Automotive partnerships vertical, I scaled the business from $30M to $670M in annual revenue and helped build the broader channel into a $1B+ advertising business.

I later led global Android partnerships and go-to-market expansion across EMEA, Latin America and North America and served as Chief of Staff across a 3,000-person global Developer Relations organization.

Today I work with technology CEOs and senior leaders facing a familiar inflection point: The business is working. But the way it operates and leads needs to catch up. My work includes strategic advisory, executive coaching, leadership-team work and operating support. Profitability and human sustainability belong in the same operating model.
